We think we’re unique in offering a maintenance service for our rope. If you think rope you bought from us needs de-fuzzing or re-oiling or cutting down and having new thistle-knots, or anything else like that and you don’t want to do it yourself, you can send the rope back to us and we’ll sort it out - or, if things have gone far enough, tell you the truth about the need to replace it with new.

All you have to do is to email <rope AT convolvulus.biz> (replace AT with @) with a description of what you want done, and we’ll give you a quote and an address to send the rope to.

To be honest, this service won’t be too cheap. But it may well be a better option than starting again. And if that’s what we think you should do, we’ll return your rope with our advice for just the cost of postage.
